On December 17, 2025, the Russia-China Chamber of Commerce held a grand New Year Reception for the Chinese and Russian business communities at the Radisson Hotel in Moscow. Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui, Melnikov,Chairman of the Russia-China Friendship Association and First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russia, Gruzdev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Graziyev, Secretary of State of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, and Zhou Liqun, President of the Russia-China Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the Chinese-Russian Friendship Association, attended and delivered speeches. Nearly 200 representatives from institutions stationed in Russia, Chinese-funded enterprises, Russian business circles, and the media participated in the event. The lecture focused on common legal risks encountered during overseas study, offering professional interpretations on issues such as document management, entry-exit administration, rental contracts, consumer rights, and compliant employment. It aimed to help overseas students clarify legal boundaries, regulate their own behavior, and achieve a "safe and enjoyable study abroad experience."
