On December 11, 2025, at the invitation of Lawyer Chen Jianmin, Vice President, Senior Equity Partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm and Joint Executive Director of its Shanghai office, Chen Feng, Executive Chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese Industry & Commerce Association, and Jin Jie, Deputy Director of Economic and Trade Relations, made a special trip to visit Beijing DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm. This visit was also a return visit by the Hong Kong Chinese Industry & Commerce Association to DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm after Lawyer Chen Jianmin visited Liang Yong'an, Chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese Industry & Commerce Association, in Hong Kong on December 4, 2025.

Lawyer Chen Jianmin extended a warm welcome to the returning delegation led by Chairman Chen and, along with Lawyer Du Yue, Director of the International Projects Business Department and Senior Equity Partner; Lawyer Zhu Jun, Director of the Customs Legal Affairs Center and Senior Equity Partner; Lawyer Xing Zhifan, Senior Equity Partner; Lawyer Zhao Jinghai, Director of the Securities and Capital Markets Business Department and Senior Equity Partner; and Lawyer Jiang Yong, Senior Joint Partner, warmly received and engaged in discussions with the delegation.

Subsequently, Lawyer Chen Jianmin led Chairman Chen and his delegation on a tour of the law firm. During the tour, Lawyer Chen provided a detailed introduction to DHH Law Firm's core strengths and its recently held cross-border business activities. Currently, DHH has over fifty branches worldwide and a professional team of more than two thousand practicing lawyers capable of providing comprehensive, "one-stop" high-quality legal services to clients globally. As of this year, DHH has been listed on the "ALB China Top 30 Largest Law Firms" for twelve consecutive years and has consistently ranked in the top ten. On December 5 this year, DHH successfully hosted the "Frontier Forum on Digital Asset Business and Compliance (RWA Special Session)" in Hong Kong, bringing together authoritative experts and corporate representatives from fields such as financial regulation, legal compliance, digital assets, and traditional finance. The forum featured in-depth sharing on RWA technological breakthroughs, legal boundaries, and global implementation paths.

When discussing the core value of professional services, Lawyer Chen Jianmin believed that the value of lawyers should not be limited to providing legal service support but should also lie in offering comprehensive, cross-regional solutions throughout the entire process for clients. Previously, relying on his professional expertise and resource integration capabilities, Lawyer Chen had successfully established a business linkage bridge between his hometown, Anhui, and Shanghai, acting as a "liaison officer" connecting Anhui with external resources and project cooperation, and facilitating efficient collaboration between enterprises from the two regions in areas such as industrial alignment and capital operations.

The other senior lawyers who participated in the reception also shared their cutting-edge insights and feasible paths, combining professional expertise, practical feasibility, and industry foresight, regarding core directions such as deepening cross-border business cooperation and strengthening service support.

The return visit by Chen Feng, Executive Chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese Industry & Commerce Association, and Jin Jie, Deputy Director of Economic and Trade Relations, not only continued the positive communication atmosphere established during Lawyer Chen Jianmin's previous visit but also clarified the specific paths for future cooperation between the two parties. Looking ahead, DHH and the Hong Kong Chinese Industry & Commerce Association will take this exchange as an opportunity to continuously deepen resource sharing and complementary advantages, providing higher-quality and more efficient all-round support for cross-border operations of enterprises in both regions, and helping to advance economic and trade cooperation between Shanghai and Hong Kong to deeper and broader levels.
