Recently, the 23rd "CIETAC Cup" International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition, hosted by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CIETAC"), came to a successful conclusion.

Xie Xiaosong, Senior Joint Partner at Beijing DHH (Shenzhen) Law Firm, was selected as a member of the judging panel for this year's "CIETAC Cup" competition. He was invited to serve as the presiding arbitrator in two matches held on November 29 and November 30, fully participating in and supporting the event's operations.

Lawyer Xie has been engaged in foreign-related dispute resolution for many years and actively supports various foreign-related legal competitions. Previously, he was also invited to serve as a judge for the Vis Moot International Commercial Arbitration Global Competition and the 20th "CIETAC Cup" International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition.

This year's "CIETAC Cup" competition spanned eight days from November 28 to December 5, attracting 103 universities and over 1,000 participants from the United Kingdom, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Hong Kong (China), Macao (China), as well as multiple provinces and cities within China, to compete on the same stage. Over 270 legal practitioners, arbitrators, lawyers, scholars, and representatives from arbitration institutions from 27 countries and regions served as judges, fully demonstrating the professionalism and internationalization of the event.
