Following the formal implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) in 2022, trade and investment flows between China and member states have grown increasingly close. To support the smooth international expansion of Beijing's key industries under the RCEP framework, the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center organized a visit to Beijing Florascape Co., Ltd. on the morning of November 11, 2025, for a research exchange session.

The session was attended by Mr. Huang Junxiong, Head of the Regional Agreements Service Department of the Center; Professor Liang Rui, Associate Director of the Beijing Free Trade Zone Collaborative Innovation Research Center at Beijing Union University and Professor at its Business School; Mr. Zhao Wenjun, Deputy General Manager of China Customs Clearance Network; and Beijing DHH Law Firm, who participated upon the Center's invitation. The DHH delegation was led by its Executive Director and Senior Equity Partner, Lawyer Lu Yang, and included Senior Advisor of the IP Business Center (and Professor at Beijing Forestry University) Lawyer Wei Guihong, Director of the International Business Center and Senior Equity Partner Lawyer Liu Sen, and Deputy Director of the Construction Engineering Business Center and Equity Partner Lawyer Xue Mei. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions, offering diverse perspectives on core issues such as policy opportunities, industrial synergy, and legal service safeguards for enterprises expanding internationally under RCEP, providing insights and delivering keynote speeches to support Beijing's leading companies in exploring the Asia-Pacific market.

The DHH team, led by Lawyer Lu Yang, presented and elaborated on the "Legal Service Plan for Enterprise International Expansion under the RCEP Framework" to Beijing Florascape, demonstrating the firm's professional capability in supporting Beijing's key industries. Lawyer Lu Yang outlined the opportunities and challenges RCEP presents, focusing on core legal issues like trade compliance and intellectual property relevant to Beijing Florascape's industry position and technical strengths. Lawyers Wei Guihong, Liu Sen, and Xue Mei systematically explained a "one-stop, full-chain, cross-jurisdictional" service approach covering pre-entry compliance, mid-operation contract protection, and post-dispute resolution management. They highlighted DHH's ability to provide legal support for steady Asia-Pacific market expansion through its branches and cooperative networks within RCEP member states.
