Recently, the highly anticipated "7th Shanghai-Hong Kong Commercial Mediation Forum" was grandly held at the Old City Hall building on the Bund in Shanghai. This forum was jointly organized by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's Department of Justice, the Shanghai Commercial Mediation Center, and the Hong Kong Mediation Council Limited (HKMCL). Lawyer Chen Jianmin, Senior Equity Partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm and Joint Executive Director of the Shanghai office, was invited to participate in this forum event.

　　The forum focused on themes such as "Commercial Mediation and Cross-Border Dispute Resolution," "Commercial Mediation and the Business Environment," "International Commercial Mediation Capacity Building," and "International Commercial Mediation Brand Building," delving deeply into the development trends and optimization paths of commercial mediation in the Asia-Pacific region. Attendees shared their views, resulting in a lively and active exchange atmosphere with the convergence of diverse perspectives. The event brought together over 200 participants, including representatives from the court systems of Shanghai and Hong Kong, partners from renowned law firms, corporate legal counsel leaders, and representatives from the practical mediation field.

　　Following the successful conclusion of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Commercial Mediation Forum, Lawyer Chen believed it was opportune to build on this momentum and continue expanding extensive exchanges and cooperation in the financial and commercial fields. Consequently, Lawyer Chen took the lead in organizing, contacting guests, coordinating the venue, and planning the "Frontier Forum on Digital Asset Business and Compliance"-RWA Special Session Hong Kong Station exchange event. He also delivered a keynote speech on "Criminal Risks and Compliance Recommendations in RWA Projects."
