On October 26, 2025, the Third Foreign-Related Rule of Law Forum, hosted by the Institute of International Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, was successfully held in Shenzhen. Experts and scholars from practical departments, including the Supreme Court, the Supreme Procuratorate, the Executive Committee of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Cooperation Zone, the Politics and Law Committee of Fengtai District Committee of Beijing, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, and Beijing DHH Law Firm, as well as from research institutions and universities, attended the conference. They engaged in in-depth discussions on the construction of a foreign-related rule of law system and dispute resolution mechanisms. Dr. Liu Kejiang, the Director of DHH, was invited to participate in this event and deliver a keynote speech.

The forum's panel discussion was conducted in two stages. During the second stage, when delivering a speech themed "The Construction of Foreign-related Rule of Law and the Protection of Cross-border Rights and Interests," Dr. Liu Kejiang called for strengthening systematic research on the legal environments of countries along the "Belt and Road" and enhancing the professional competence of Chinese lawyers in cross-border dispute resolution.

This forum brought together authoritative voices and cutting-edge wisdom in the field of foreign-related rule of law, providing a valuable exchange platform for building a higher-level foreign-related rule of law system. As an active participant in China's legal services industry, DHH Law Firm has always been committed to integrating cutting-edge academic insights with rich practical experience. Dr. Liu Kejiang's speech not only demonstrated DHH's profound insights and professional capabilities in cross-border rights protection and legal services for the Belt and Road Initiative but also reflected its firm commitment to serving China's high-standard strategy of opening up to the outside world. Looking ahead, DHH will continue to leverage its global network and professional strengths, delve deep into foreign-related rule of law practices, and contribute its professional expertise to protecting the overseas legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises and citizens, as well as to facilitating the improvement of China's foreign-related rule of law construction and dispute resolution mechanisms.
