The 2025 Belt and Road High-Level Dialogue on the Integration of Law and Business and International Commercial Arbitration was held in Qingdao on October 23, 2025. This dialogue is organized by the ICC China and ICC International Court of Arbitration, and undertaken by the Administrative Committee of the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone, the Shandong Provincial Lawyers Association, and the Qingdao Lawyers Association.
During the conference's presentation session, Lawyer Zhang Meiping, Director of DHH(Qingdao), released two publications from the Shandong Provincial Lawyers Association: "Corporate Risk Management Achievements (International Arbitration Section)" and "Corporate Risk Management Achievements (SCO Member States Investment Section)". These publications systematically introduce the professional experience and practical guidelines developed by lawyers in Shandong Province in helping enterprises identify, assess, and respond to operational risks. Subsequently, in the thematic dialogue session, Director Zhang Meiping served as the moderator for the "Rules and Systems: The Future Landscape of Cross-border Dispute Resolution" dialogue. She guided the participants in an in-depth discussion and exchange of views on cutting-edge issues such as the development trends of international commercial arbitration and innovations in cross-border dispute resolution mechanisms.
A key agenda item of this conference is the release of the Recommendation Guide for Foreign-related Legal Service Stations of the Secretariat of ICC China National Committee (First Batch in Shandong Province in 2025). After authoritative selection by the ICC China National Committee, multiple law firms, including DHH (Qingdao)， have been successfully selected based on their comprehensive strength in foreign-related legal services.
During the selection and award ceremony for foreign-related legal service stations held in the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area, DHH(Qingdao) was successfully recognized as one of the six selected law firms.
