Lawyer Cui Chunhua has been successfully selected for the INTA Enforcement Committee

On September 30, 2025, the International Trademark Association (INTA) unveiled the roster of its Enforcement Committee for the 2026-2027 term. Lawyer Cui Chunhua, Equity Partner at Beijing DHH Law Firm, was successfully selected for her professional expertise in the field of intellectual property. Her term will run from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027.
 

INTA conducts a rigorous selection process for its committee members, evaluating candidates based on their professional contributions in the IP field, industry influence, and alignment with the committee's responsibilities. Over the years, Lawyer Cui Chunhua has dedicated herself to providing legal services in the IP domain, amassing extensive experience in foreign-related trademark, copyright, and unfair competition litigation and non-litigation matters. She also boasts composite project experience across multiple areas, including digital economy, entertainment law, cross-border compliance, and dispute resolution. She has led teams in delivering comprehensive legal services for the IP protection of renowned foreign enterprises in China and for Chinese enterprises expanding overseas, earning high recognition and praise from clients. Previously, Lawyer Cui has actively participated in INTA's annual meetings and various events as a prominent member. As a representative of Chinese IP lawyers, she has actively showcased the image of Chinese IP lawyers to the world and has been included in INTA's roster of mediators for the China region.
