To focus on exploring the cooperative development path of cross-border commercial mediation, jointly discuss new industry trends and opportunities, and promote the improvement and innovation of commercial mediation mechanisms, the "2025 Chinese-Speaking Lawyers Conference (Thematic Event)—The 2nd Thematic Seminar on the Cooperative Development of Cross-Border Commercial Mediation" was successfully held on September 15, 2025, at the Qianhai Headquarters (International Arbitration Building) of the Shenzhen International Court of Arbitration. Lawyers, experts and scholars, in-house legal counsel, and representatives from industry associations at home and abroad gathered together. Beijing DHH (Shenzhen) Law Firm was invited to attend as a co-sponsor, and Lawyer Kong Xia, Equity Partner of DHH (Shenzhen), served as the host of this event.

　　In the roundtable discussion session, Lawyer Wen Guihe, Managing Partner of DHH and Director of DHH (Shenzhen), acted as the host. He guided representatives from mediation and arbitration institutions in six cities (Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Macau, Dongguan, Zhongshan, and Huizhou) to conduct in-depth exchanges on the practical challenges and cooperation paths of the coordination between cross-border commercial mediation and arbitration. Lawyer Wen Guihe pointed out that in the emerging field of cross-border commercial mediation, all parties need to build consensus and integrate resources. In particular, efforts should be made to promote practical cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in terms of rule alignment, mechanism connection, and talent sharing, so as to jointly build a dispute resolution ecosystem with international competitiveness.
