On July 7, 2025, Beijing DHH Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "DHH") and Germany-based Wuethoff & Wuesthoff Intellectual Property Law Firm officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing, and jointly organized the "Sino-European Pharmaceutical Intellectual Property Protection and Innovation Seminar”. This marks the official commencement of deep collaboration between the two legal service firms in the field of pharmaceutical intellectual property. China and Germany maintain close ties in areas such as trade, investment and technological cooperation, the demand for cross-border legal services in the pharmaceutical industry has surged. Through this cooperation, the two law firms will establish a Sino-German legal practice exchange platform to assist Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises in successfully entering the European market while addressing European intellectual property compliance risks.

　　As an important starting point of strategic cooperation, the two law firms jointly organized the "Seminar on Intellectual Property Strategy for Chinese Pharmaceutical Companies Entering Europe and Latest Developments of the Unified Patent Court (UPC)" on July 8. Dr. Thomas Sonnenhauser, Dr. Jiang Bo, and Senior Equity Partner Huang Zhengyu delivered speeches at the seminar, while the seminar was co-hosted by Equity Partner Wang Wenjun and Senior Consultant Xia Ying.
