The event began with an opening speech by Liu Peide, Chairman of the Shandong Institute of Electronics. He stated that against the backdrop of profound evolution in the global economic environment and continuously rising trade frictions and uncertainties, enterprises must identify opportunities amidst challenges and proactively enhance their international operation capabilities. He emphasized that the Institute would rely on the functions of the Trade Friction Early Warning Workstation to continuously provide enterprises with comprehensive support including policy interpretation, risk early warning, and compliance training, thereby improving their ability to cope with complex international trade situations and helping the province's electronic information industry seize new opportunities and achieve high-quality development.

The meeting specially invited Dr. Luo Lan, Senior Co-partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm, as the keynote speaker, establishing a platform for in-depth dialogue between enterprises and experts. Attorney Luo Lan delivered a systematic explanation and in-depth analysis structured around five parts under the theme "Opportunities and Challenges in Trade with Central Asian Countries."
