On the afternoon of June 12, 2025, Lawyer YU Xiaoqiang, Executive Director and Senior Equity Partner of Beijing DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm, Lawyer WU Qiang, Senior Managing Partner and Executive Director of DHH&DHH Japan business team, and Lawyer LOU Wansuo from the Customs bussiness team visited the Shanghai Representative Office of Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. The two sides exchanged views on common challenges faced in providing legal services to Japanese and Chinese enterprises, and held extensive and in-depth discussions on how to leverage their respective strengths and expertise to develop diverse forms of business cooperation between China and Japan. Both parties agreed that, as representative large comprehensive law firms in China and Japan, there is broad potential for collaboration in areas such as criminal and compliance matters involving Japanese enterprises in China, import-export trade and customs-related issues, cross-border corporate matters between China and Japan, as well as joint research, discussion, and promotion of legal practice topics in both countries.
