In December 2024, Lawyers DU Yunhua and WANG Jiyue of DHH&DH Japan Business Team were invited to Tokyo to attend the monthly meeting of the Association of Corporate Legal Departments, and delivered a legal seminar on the topic of "Transfer, Return, and Renewal of Land Use Rights in China". The seminar was conducted entirely in Japanese and attracted nearly 30 in-house counsel from Japanese companies.

Drawing on legal regulations, case studies, and regional distinctions, the two lawyers provided a comprehensive explanation of China's land tenure system, asset disposal in the context of corporate dissolution, and the latest developments concerning the renewal of land use rights. The presentation was met with great interest and received highly positive feedback from attendees.
In addition to the seminar, Lawyer DU and Lawyer WANG also participated in the 6th China-Japan Corporate Legal Forum and visited the Embassy of China in Japan, SHOJIHOMU Co.,Ltd., Baker & McKenzie (Gaikokuho Joint Enterprise), as well as several local legal and administrative institutions. These engagements further enhanced the international presence of the DHH&DH Japan Business Team, strengthening collaborative ties with local partners.
