In active response to the high-quality co-construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and the deepening implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), Deheheng (DHH) organized a 14-member delegation comprising partner lawyers from Beijing, Qingdao, and Kunming, including Liu Kejiang, Jiang Bo, Lin Qian, Liu Junli, Liu Changyu, Zhang Meiping, and Jiang Wuping. From November 27 to December 4, 2025, the delegation conducted an in-depth legal research tour to Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. The purpose of this initiative was to actively align with the national strategy of opening up and assist Chinese enterprises in integrating safely and efficiently into the process of regional economic integration.
From November 27 to 29, 2025, the DHH delegation visited and engaged in exchanges with DTL Law Office, Thailand's Beijing Chamber of Commerce, and the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
From November 30 to December 2, 2025, the DHH delegation visited the Cambodia Confederation of Investors Association (CCIA), Alpha Group Cambodia, as well as the Ministry of Commerce and the Council for the Development of Cambodia.
On December 3, 2025, the DHH delegation visited three local Vietnamese law firms: Rajah & Tann LCT Law Firm, JLPW VINH AN LEGAL, and LNT & PARTNERS. On December 4, the delegation visited the Shandong Enterprises Association under the China Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam to conduct specialized exchanges on the current development status of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam.
