In line with the global and Greater Bay Area (GBA) integrated development strategy of Beijing DHH Law Firm, DHH representatives recently participated in a sub-forum of the 27th China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF)—the High-Quality Development of Digital Economy Conference. At the forum, Beijing DHH Law Firm and Beijing DHH (Shenzhen) Law Firm jointly led the signing of a cooperative proposal for the "Greater Bay Area Law, Business, and Technology Integration Center," partnering with several authoritative institutions including the Hong Kong PhDs Think Tank Institute and the CAS Smart City Blockchain Institute. This initiative demonstrates the broad consensus among various sectors in the GBA on the integration of rule of law and technological innovation.

The "Greater Bay Area Law, Business, and Technology Integration Center" aims to drive research innovation, cultivate top-tier talent, and support regional development by promoting the deep integration of law, business, and technology. It seeks to contribute core strength to building an international, market-oriented, and law-based first-class business environment in the GBA.

During the forum, Mr. Yuan Yi, Senior Advisor of DHH and Special Advisor for the Belt and Road Initiative and GBA Development at the China Association for the Promotion of Investment, joined several academicians and invited guests to launch the release of the "Digital Economy Cross-Border Policy White Paper 1.0." The white paper covers four core modules: "Technical Standards, Compliance Guidelines, Industrial Adaptation, and Cross-Border Coordination." It not only fills gaps in standards for cross-border digital economy areas but also provides enterprises with end-to-end guidance from technology implementation to business expansion. The release of this key document will offer robust policy support and practical direction for the healthy development of the digital economy in the GBA.

In the keynote speech segment of the forum, Lawyer Xin Xiaotian, Equity Partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm and Director of the Digital Economy and Artificial Intelligence Business Center, delivered a presentation titled "Cross-Border Data and AI Regulation." She provided an in-depth analysis of core issues in data governance and AI regulation in the current digital economy era, offering forward-looking and practical legal guidance to attending enterprises. This fully demonstrated the critical role of legal services in supporting technological innovation and the development of the digital economy.
