DHH Lawyers Invited to Participate in 2025 National Training Program on Foreign-Related Arbitration

  The 2025 National Training Program on Foreign-Related Arbitration, hosted by the Ministry of Justice and organized by the China University of Political Science and Law, was successfully held from November 10 to 21. Beijing DHH Law Firm's Senior Equity Partner Ma Lihong, DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm's Senior Equity Partner Huang Xianwen, DHH Law Firm's Equity Partner Liu Rundong, Shandong DeHeng Law Offices' Equity Partner Han Yunlong, and DHH (Tianjin) Law Firm's Senior Partner Wang Bin were invited to participate in the comprehensive systematic training.

  This program is a key initiative to implement the central government's directives on cultivating foreign-related legal talent and to meet the requirements set forth by six authorities, including the Ministry of Justice and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, for developing a foreign-related arbitration talent pool. It aims to address the needs of building a foreign-related legal system in the new era by selecting promising professionals for systematic training, with the goal of cultivating a group of foreign-related arbitration practitioners who possess international perspectives, are proficient in international rules, and can provide professional services in the cross-border legal services market. The training curriculum was designed to be both cutting-edge and practical, covering core areas such as international commercial arbitration rules, cross-border dispute resolution techniques, and maritime and financial investment arbitration. The instructors comprised authoritative experts, seasoned arbitrators, and industry elites from both China and abroad, making the program's high standards and substantive content widely recognized within the industry.
