On the afternoon of July 6, 2025, a delegation from the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone visited Beijing DHH(Moscow) Law Firm for a discussion and exchange. A seminar themed “Rule of Law Safeguarding Enterprises’ Compliant Overseas Development” was held, and an award ceremony for the “Foreign-Related Legal Service Station (Moscow) of China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone” was conducted. Yuan Yi, Director of DHH (Moscow) Law Firm, Cheng Wanqi, Executive Director, Deng Juan, Administrative Director, and lawyers Zhang Kai and Wei Yin jointly participated in the reception.

　　To explore the innovation of cross-border legal service models and safeguard China-Russia economic and trade cooperation, at the seminar themed “Rule of Law Safeguarding Enterprises’ Compliant Overseas Development”, Director Yuan Yi, on behalf of DHH (Moscow) Law Firm, extended a warm welcome to the delegation led by Director Hao Guoxin from the SCO Demonstration Zone. He then gave a detailed introduction to the development history, personnel composition of DHH (Moscow) over the past 10 years since its establishment, as well as its services for Chinese-funded enterprises in Russia.

　　Director Yuan Yi also highlighted the firm’s existing ties with the SCO Demonstration Zone. In 2024, the “Moscow Sub-Center of the Research and Evaluation Base for Technical Trade Measures in SCO Countries” was established in DHH (Moscow). This time, the “Foreign-Related Legal Service Station (Moscow) of China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone” will also be unveiled at DHH (Moscow). The law firm will take on important tasks such as collecting information on China-Russia economic and trade cooperation, serving China-Russia trade enterprises, promoting the joint development of bilateral standards, providing pre-service for product access, and facilitating China-Russia trade. It will also make full use of the advantages of DHH(Moscow)’s foreign-related legal resources, talent resources and commercial resources to provide better services for Russian enterprises entering the SCO Demonstration Zone and enterprises from the SCO Demonstration Zone entering Russia.
