DHH Assisted Changjiu Holdings with its Main Board Listing on the HKEX

On 9 January 2024, Changjiu Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Changjiu", stock code 6959) successfully completed its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and ICBC International Capital Limited were the joint sponsors of the listing.

DHH acted as the domestic legal advisor to the joint sponsors in this project, participating in the entire project and cooperating with the issuer, joint sponsors and other intermediary teams in completing all the legal-related work, which helped Changjiu successfully complete the initial public offering.

The main projects included: adjusting the company's red chip restructuring plan, setting up the red chip structure, implementing a comprehensive legal due diligence, reviewing and amending the prospectus, the PRC legal opinion and other documents related to the listing application and issuance, and cooperating with the CSRC for the record filing and the response to the feedback questions, etc.
